DavicitoMG LLC maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of intoxicating substances.

No driver may operate a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle, including prescription medications that cause impairment.

Any driver found in violation will be subject to immediate termination, removal from service, and reporting to the City of Dallas Transportation Regulation Division and appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All passengers are prohibited from consuming open alcoholic beverages or illegal substances inside the vehicle per Texas law. The company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a trip if impairment or illegal activity is suspected.
